BrainatTrust is the supplier of the BrainDive test and host of the BrainDive platform.


Your privacy is important to us. When you rely on BrainatTrust and you transfer your data, you are sharing personal data with us. You must then be able to rely on us to handle this information carefully and confidentially. BrainatTrust respects the privacy of all its customers and processes all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.


This Privacy Policy applies to the website https://www.brain-at-trust.com/ and the BrainDive platform https://platform.brain-at-trust.com/#/, both managed by BrainatTrust, with registered office at Varenslaan 41, Overijse (hereinafter “BrainatTrust” or “we”).

Personal data collection

BrainatTrust collects personal data when visiting the BrainatTrust website, completing a contact form on the BrainatTrust website, logging into the BrainDive platform, taking the BrainDive test in the BrainDive platform, and/or exchanging emails with BrainatTrust.

The data is processed for communication, informing you on our services, acquisition, conclusion and execution of the agreement concluded with you, tracking website visits and surfing behavior, improving services, marketing analysis and research, and direct and indirect marketing. 

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. In that case, it is possible that certain data is collected via Cookies, for example to register the language in which you view the website.

The following personal data may be processed: name, email address, address, telephone number, and similar information required for communication, use of the BrainatTrust website, surfing behavior. If you have an account on the BrainDive platform, we may also process the following personal data: name, email, personal access token, the results of the BrainDive test to create the BrainDive report.

If you transfer personal data from third parties to BrainatTrust for the execution of the agreement with BrainatTrust, these personal data remain your property. BrainatTrust is in no way responsible for this information, if, for example, this information is not correct.

Personal data access and retention

BrainatTrust shares your personal data with your permission, if this is necessary to provide you with our services or if this is required by law.

We may share your personal data with affiliated companies or with third parties that process data on our behalf. When these service providers act as data processors on our behalf, we do not permit them to use or disclose this data in a manner inconsistent with the cases described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or disclose the personal information we have collected to third parties, except as described in this Privacy Agreement or as notified to you at the time of collection. We may also disclose your personal information:

• when certain legislation or legal process obliges us to do so;

• in the context of an investigation into suspected or current fraudulent and illegal activities.

We reserve the right to transfer personal data in the event that we sell part or all of our business or assets. If such a sale occurs, we will take all reasonable steps to encourage the transferee to process the personal data provided to us correctly and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Agreement.

You can exercise the right to inspect, correct and supplement your personal data at any time. This can be done by sending a request with a copy of your identity card to info@brain.at.trust.com

You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable form, whether or not with the intention of transferring the personal data to another party.

You can exercise the right to delete personal data at any time. This can be done by sending a request with a copy of your identity card to info@brain-at-trust.com. In response to such a request, we will not make any further use of your personal data and we will only keep this personal data to the extent and to the extent that this would be necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

If you wish that we no longer process your personal data, you can withdraw your consent at any time – in whole or in part. This may mean that we can no longer provide our services. This can be done by sending a request with a copy of your identity card to info@brain-at-trust.com.

If you have a question or complaint about the processing of your personal data, you can send it to info@brain-at-trust.com. We undertake to act on these requests and complaints in a timely manner. If you believe that one of your rights has not been respected, you can also file a complaint with the Belgian Privacy Commission (see: https://www.privacycommission.be).

Data will be retained indefinitely, but not longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Security measures

We have taken the necessary physical, technical, and organizational security measures to effectively protect your personal data against unauthorized access and use and disclosure.

Only authorized employees of BrainatTrust, responsible for managing the database, have access to the personal data.

The BrainatTrust website is secured with an SSL certificate.

The software of the BrainDive platform is up to date.

If a data breach has been detected at your site, you must report this immediately to BrainatTrust.

You too must respect and comply with the rules regarding the protection of privacy in accordance with the law of December 8, 1992 and the General Data Protection Regulation in the law of April 14, 2016. If you do not do this, BrainatTrust is in no way responsible for this. For example, BrainatTrust is not responsible if you do not sufficiently secure your website, do not apply a Privacy Policy and/or general terms and conditions, or do not comply with other legal obligations.

Cookies

When the BrainatTrust website is consulted or the BrainDive platform is used, cookies are stored on the user’s computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Cookies are text files that contain a small amount of information. They cannot damage your computer or the files on it. With the help of cookies, the use of the website can be faster and more efficient. BrainatTrust uses cookies to gain analytical insight into the preferences of its users, in order to improve its services.

The BrainatTrust website and BrainDive platform include functional cookies. In such a Cookie, information is stored about certain preferences (language choice, the browser used, IP address, ...) and certain contact details can be remembered (login, password). Cookies allow you to be recognized on our website when you visit it again and we can provide you with an even better service on your next visit.

The BrainatTrust website also includes analytical cookies. These cookies collect anonymous information about the manner in which the website is used. The identity of the visitor cannot be derived from the data collected. Cookies enable BrainatTrust to monitor and analyze the use of the website for the benefit of the customer as well as with the consent of the customer (examples of cookies: Google Analytics, Facebook pixel,…).
You can always refuse these Cookies via your browser setting. If you do so, the website or parts of it may no longer function properly.
